We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

This guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time. See our limited warranty. 

Limited Warranty

If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time within 30 days after the date of purchase.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Returning or Exchanging Items

You can return or exchange purchases, regardless of whether you made your purchase online, by phone, or from an approved vendor.

You must have a proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt, or shipping invoice) for all returns and exchanges.

Used items must be cleaned for a return or exchange. If you send merchandise that is not cleaned, it will be returned at your expense.

Mirabilio’s designs are made on limited editions and go out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will refund your form of payment for the original purchase amount or offer credit, in the same purchase amount, towards a new design. Additionally, for exchanges that can be made, the exchanges will not be exactly the same as the original purchase. The reason for this is that each piece is individually handcrafted, therefore in a set design no exact duplicates can be made. All custom pieces are final sale. No exchanges will be made for custom pieces, though replacements will be made for manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. MND is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Packages must be postmarked within 180 days of purchase.

If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

To return or exchange an order by mail:

  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase.

  • Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
